Thailand Boat Festival fills Boat Lagoon Marina with yachts for four afternoons in January. The expo takes the White House, the air-conditioned hall beside the docks. Walk the pontoons, then meet the developers behind Phuket's villas and residences, in the same evening and the same place.

Where Phuket's buyers already are

Festival visitors come to a marina to look at yachts, in January, when international buyers are on the island. That is the audience luxury property is sold to, and the expo puts your project in the same building, a few steps from the docks.

Phuket is the world's fifth-largest market for branded residences, with around US$14 billion of new supply in development.¹ Twenty-three condominium projects launched on the island in 2025² and sixteen villa projects in the first half of 2026.³ The average property price is 12.8 million baht.⁴

A small hall, by design

Registration and concierge sit at the entrance, the lounge in the middle and the Property Talks stage at the far end, so every visitor passes the booths on the way to a seat.

Do I need a ticket for the property expo?

No. One registration covers both events, whether you register through Phuket Property Expo or Thailand Boat Festival. Early Bird registration is complimentary until 30 November 2026.

Developers of luxury villas, branded residences and condominiums, presenting their own projects, together with property agencies and advisers for foreign buyers. The exhibitor list will be announced closer to the event.
