Thailand Boat Festival is organised by M Vision Public Company Limited, 11/1 Soi Ramkhamhaeng 121, Huamak, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand ("we").
When you register (on our website, on Luma or through a Facebook/Instagram form) we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), your interest in the festival and, if you choose to give them, your company and boat details.
To issue and manage your festival registration and entry pass, to send you news about Thailand Boat Festival, and — if you tell us you are an exhibitor, sponsor, buyer or media — to contact you about that. We do not sell your data.
Our registration platform (Luma) and service providers that help us run the festival, only for these purposes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing info@thailandboatfestival.com. We handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
